2)      Action plan - this describes and advises the effective methods that our cleaning consultants and technicians will use to address each issue, whether it is by using foams, an absorbent dry compound, deodorizing and so on. For each method, our consultants will advise on the benefits and reasons for its use.

3)      Follow up - this is the customer's chance to advice of his satisfaction and if there are other areas to be addressed. The job is never finished until the customer is 100% satisfied.
